Syrphidae, maybe tribe Pipizini? - Paragus haemorrhous

Syrphidae, maybe tribe Pipizini? - Paragus haemorrhous
DuPage County, Illinois, USA
July 16, 2016
Body appears dark bronze overall with a white face, and fine light hairs all over body. It even looks like there is some fuzz on the eyes? I have some more pictures showing the body shape in flight and face coloring, but they are very low quality and show no details. Feeding at Swamp Milkweed (Asclepias incarnata).
