Four-Barred Gray - Aethalura intertexta

Four-Barred Gray - Aethalura intertexta
Fairfield, Wayne County, Illinois, USA
June 12, 2007
Can't seem to make a match on this smallish Geometer. At light, at night.

Four-barred Gray
I believe this is the Four-barred Gray moth, Aethalura intertexta, # 6570. Even with the variation in this species, the markings and lines all match well on this specimen, especially the PM and ST lines.

Thanks
J.D. That was the closest I could find but . . . appreciate your input.
