Strange Insect - Anisomorpha buprestoides - Male Female

A strange looking insect, I'm thinking it was a walking stick similar to the praying mantis, but this one didn't have a neck
and had long hair like thin antennas. Any help identifying would be appreciated. By the way this one was mating with another
smaller one on it's backside.
