Eupeodes, subgenus Metasyrhus
Eupeodes, subgenus Metasyrhus.
Could be Eupeodes fumipennis..... female.
The anterior edge of marking on tergites more wavy than Syrphus opinator.
Syrphus opinator has the scutellum paler and brighter yellow and the thorax more pollinose.The lunules above the antennae are much less pronounced in Syrphus opinator and female opinator have the hind femur more clear orange.
Also there are no signs of longtitudinal dust stripes on thorax.
