Size: approx 1/2 inch?
It looks like Shizura unicornis and is eating an apple leaf. But the green marks on its side confuse me.

Yes, can't quite figure out what we're seeing here
The green patch seems to be in the wrong place

The other green marks seem to be wasp larvae, and there evrn seems to be a wasp adult on the side.
