I have no idea what this is. Sorry for the fuzziness, I don't have a macro lens.

Phyciodes tharos
While there is a margin for error, I can't come up with a better fit based on location and appearance. Since it is a common species, odds are also very high in favor of this being the correct species.

Almost certainly in this genus or a closely related one. However, I'm not sure which species.

Thank you so very much! I thought I would never find out what it was!

After searching on Google with your information, t looks like the Phyciodes Tharos, Crescent Pearl butterfly. I know I've seen these little guys around during the summer so I have a feeling that's the correct one.
