Little Black Caddisfly - Chimarra

Little Black Caddisfly - Chimarra
Elmira/Holiday Inn Riverview, Chemung County, New York, USA
September 9, 2016
Size: ~5 mm
September for NY

question
why is this Chimarra? There are other black caddis. Did you happen to keep it?

I didn't save it.
It fits the description on BG info page, including small size. It seems to match most of the photos. Let me know if you think I should move it (and where if you have a recommendation).

thanks
you are probably right. But the the antennae look too thick, the color too opaque and the ocelli are not obvious. Typically Chimarra are more glossy/iridescent black with fewer wing setae. I cannot see ocelli. But I don't have another place to put and the palps look like philopotamids.
