Size: Large
I would normally not submit a poor quality image like this but there are no reports of this species in SC on bug guide.

Large dragonfly seen hovering high in the air above a lawn near the edge of a mesic mixed hardwood-coniferous forest. I'm fairly certain this is a Prince Baskettail but I would like confirmation as I am inexperienced with Emeralds.

I believe this is a female as well.
