Arnold Robberfly - Pritchardomyia vespoides

Arnold Robberfly - Pritchardomyia vespoides
Arnold , Calaveras County, California, USA
September 11, 2016

Pritchardomyia
Leg color pattern does not match any species of Callinicus, but is instead a much better fit for Pritchardomyia (of which there is only one described species). Furthermore, this genus has been recorded from the same area previously (https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/32600040).

However, I want to note the peculiar bare plurae, which is unlike most other specimens of P. vespoides I have seen.
