The thorax is flattened direc
The thorax is flattened directly in front of scutellum. I`m thinking Chalcosyrphus. I will send it to Martin for a second opinion.

 
thought it might be Crioprora
thought it might be Crioprora, the the face is not that long and the hind legs not that big, so maybe this is the better place for it here...
