Reminds me of Satyrium caryaevorum...
But I can't find any examples with such extensive orange coloration.

 
Kyhl, I think the off color is a reflection of the flower
This is a Banded Hairstreak which is similar to The Hickory Hairstreak. This specimen has a straight rather than disjointed bend forewing PM and the hindwing blue spot does not reach the PM band.
