Although this is out of its range, this seems to fit the illustrations/descriptions of the Destructive Prunewood Moth (Acrobasis tricolorella).

Looks possible to me but I could not place it this far out of the MPT range, but it seems reasonable that between Ohio and Colorado it could be seen in Arkansas.
