Cryptolaemus montrouzieri (Mealybug Destroyer) ? - Scymnus

Size: 2 mm estimate
This individual was solitary and crawled rapidly, unlike mealybugs. I was in the biopond park on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania

If it was really that small
then it is likely a Scymnus larva. That would support what I'm seeing. Larvae of Cryptolaemus usually have longer, wavy and more erratic white filaments, rather than short and blunt.
