Couple of Antonina pretiosa?

Couple of Antonina pretiosa?
Houston, Harris County, Texas, USA
September 19, 2016
This is to show the plant for plant ID purposes. The two mealybugs are at lower left, pressed against each other. (There's a third one a little down and to their right.) I think the plant is bamboo, which is the host for Antonina pretiosa. The thicker stems are Asclepias curassavica, but the mealybugs are not on those.
