please consult range maps
T. grandis is only in AZ, NM, Mexico, etc.
T. lunatus, T. cressonii, and T. pectoralis are candidates (see range maps for these)

John, I found T. lunatus in PA and MA. Similar to this photo but not same. No records of T. cressonii or T. pectoralis on BugGuide. At least I could not find them with a search.
