weevil reared from Conyza canadensis galled stems - Fallapion

weevil reared from Conyza canadensis galled stems - Fallapion
Mehan, Payne County, Oklahoma, USA
September 22, 2016
Size: 2mm
Collection 1563.1
stems were galled, but possibly by cecidomyids (larvae of which I observed leaving the plants). So it is unclear whether this specimen is associated with the galls per se, and if so whether it is an inquiline or a gall maker
