Bob probably is right
I never saw
Omiodes indicata
but I have looked at it in MPG to assure that I had the ID of my
Salbia haemorrhoidalis
right. Looking at it again now I think this one must be
Omiodes indicata
. Anyway, take this with a grain of salt.

Bean-leaf Webworm Moth
This looks like
Omiodes indicata
. (eastern range?) On the fore-wing, check the PM line, compared to the look-alikes, near the costal edge. On the hind-wing, the PM line is not bowed inward, near the edge.
