Grass-veneer Moth #1 - Crambus leachellus

Grass-veneer Moth #1 - Crambus leachellus
Block Island, Washington County, Rhode Island, USA
September 25, 2016
I think this is a Crambus leachellus and not a C. watsonellus or C. praefectellus. The broad white stripe essentially touches the costa in the basal region (ruling out C. praefectellus) and although there is a spindle-shaped white dash near the apex, it is small and joins the broad white stripe, and the broad white stripe is not concave at this point (features that distinguish this moth from C. watsonellus. ID confirmation very much appreciated. This would be a first report on BG for RI.
