At outdoor light. I have no idea where this plain-looking noctuid moth might fit in and would appreciate suggestions. I regret no having any measurement of size but it must be between 10 and 20mm judging by the cracks in the wall paint.

Thanks for your suggestion - after posting I decided to avoid yet another embarrassment and try again. Just now I wanted to propose the same ID!! Why had I missed it?
