Diapriid - Aclista - female

Diapriid - Aclista - Female
Rockville, Montgomery County, Maryland, USA
September 24, 2016
Size: bl ~5mm est. from photo
I think I’ve got this wasp down to diapriid subfamily Belytinae using the “The Diapriid Subfamilies” key at the The Diapriidae website (1). Beyond that, I’m not sure if it’s a male or a female but trying both Nixon keys to this subfamily suggests that it might be Aclista. That’s really far out on a spindly limb so I’d be happy just to know I got the family correct.

I’ve uploaded more than the usual number of photos in case they’re needed for the ID and I have more if needed. Please feel free to frass any that aren’t useful. Thanks in advance for the help
