I agree with Gary in that this is one of what I call the Cactobrosis Moths. There are several Genuses. I think this one looks more like . I am not an expert and cannot place to species for you unless my opinion is confirmed.

I agree with your ID. Size fits, geography fits and the image matches those found on BG and MPG. None of the posted Melitara species seem to fit.
