Adalia bipunctata? - Adalia bipunctata
West Ottawa, ottawa-Carleton, Ontario, Canada
September 25, 2016
I found this very small lady beetle on a tree trunk. I didn't measure it, but it was perhaps 4mm. I was wondering if it might be Adalia bipunctata?

Moved
Moved from Lady Beetles.

Yes, Adalia bipunctata
This is a strictly American form of the species, most common in the northeast.

Thank you
I wasn't entirely sure because I had not seen this species before, so thank you very much.
