Female Dun Skipper
It's very consistant with the female Duns I've photographed this summer.

It's really tough to be postive from this angle, but it has the color and the markings of a female Dun skipper. The two light spots on the FW (showing through the bottom side) are key and the overall dark color above and below help. Even the leading edge colors match a lot of my photos. There are a couple other skippers it could be, but I don't think they generally have the dark consistant color above and below (from what we can see of either).

If you have any other shots, even out of focus, it could help to be positive. But knowing you, you'd have posted them already.
