Adult fly on mushroom

Adult fly on mushroom
Swarthmore / Swarthmore College, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, USA
October 2, 2016
Size: 9 mm (ish)
Resting on a mushroom, so wondering whether it is in Anthomyiidae. Originally thought Fannia but I couldn't find any mention/image of a species with pale prescutum, yellow legs, and abdomen tipped in white. Mycophaga has orange legs, but abdomen looks wrong. I'm stumped, and would appreciate help.

Moved
Moved from Flies.

Myospila meditabunda?
... but leg color wrong (probably among other problems).

Nope
Per comment on iNaturalist the wing venation doesn't match.
