Dead link and errors
New active link from the Royal Entomological Society. Also, there are a few errors in the entry that should be corrected: (1) The italicized et al. line has some sort of issue with that formatting that causes citations to display incorrectly. See example: (et al.">1). (2) The actual publication year is 1988. The Royal Entomological Society just re-released it under CC BY-NC-SA 2.0 UK in 2012. (3) ISBN entries should be formatted without spaces. Using spaces causes the Amazon link to be unusable.
