Dusted Skipper
is my guess, although I don't see any white spot(s) on the hindwing underside, mentioned
here
for Florida specimens. The date seems reasonable; the first brood in Florida supposedly appears in March.

Clouded Skipper
As Robin noticed, yours is missing the white spot on the underside hind-wing, and Dusted usually has more extensive white spotting with the wings open. Clouded Skipper is C-A year round in Fl.

Looks good
The image of a Clouded Skipper underside
here
shows a pale triangular patch near the forewing apex, and a dark diagonal band across the hindwing, as seen in Bob's photo.
