I would love for someone to help me narrow this tiny wasp beyond Braconidae.

Dr. Sharkey's comments…
"It is certainly an Opiinae and probably Diachasmimorpha. Bracon was a good guess but the presence of a 2nd m-cu in the hind wing and the shape of the fore wing submarginal cell tell us otherwise".
