Metallic Green Bee - Augochloropsis

Size: approximately 1 cm
Seemed to be resting or maybe drinking the dew off of our deck railing. My guess is that it is a sweat bee, but maybe it is a cuckoo wasp? It was so pretty. I will post a second picture from a different angle.

Female - Sweat Bee
This looks like a female Augochloropsis metallica, but please wait for an expert. (widespread range)
