"This wasp is pretty generic. I would guess it is Pteromalus sp. You are right, the notauli are not that deeply engraved so Miscogasterinae are ruled out".

I do not think the notauli are that strongly impressed in your images, which might suggest the subfamily you mentioned, but I will ask Dr. Heydon to comment.
