Rivula pusilla
The wing shape is an additional indicator, but they are very similar.
Rivula propinqualis: Costal edge and terminal edge are slightly curved. The wings are wider.
Rivula pusilla: Costal edge and terminal edge are mostly flat and the overall shape is nearly triangular. The wings are not as wide.

While this moth is very worn, I believe this is Rivula pusilla, based on the distal spots near costa. Also, you can vaguely see dotted PM and ST. Rivula propinqualis only has spots in reniform
