laevovesicula
The known range of Pachypsylla celtidisvesicula sensu strictu is apparently limited to the northeastern US. Blister galls in other parts of the US were described in a 1961 PhD dissertation by John Riemann, but never formally published, so are not valid species. I think this observation is most likely Riemann's Pachypsylla laevovesicula, which he reports on "trees tending toward C. reticulata and C. occidentalis" in
"northwestern Oklahoma."
