Size: ~ 22 mm
Crawling in the parking lot at night. Just a very odd shaped thorax. Believe this is in the Genus Eleodes , might be a Blapylis? Confirmation/correction, and further placement would be appreciated.

notice the gold setae under the hind tibiae, characteristic of this genus.
