This image is from a CombineZP processed stack of 219 images with a 0.9 µm step taken with a Nikon CF BD 50X/0.90 ∞/- Apo microscope objective + Nikon 135 mm F2.8 telephoto lens + Nikon D810 camera (magnification 33.75X; technique described here).
