One of several found on a Fraxinus sp. sapling. Would be a new genus for Bugguide if confirmed.

I will tentatively agree
I am not too familiar with this species so without seeing it under a microscope I cannot be 100% sure, but I will tentatively agree with the ID until someone else can provide evidence that we are wrong.
