Cafius sp.?

Size: ~10mm
Found under seaweed wrack just above the mean high tide line. Cafius canescens was very abundant but Cafius seminitens were also common under the wrack. Both would fit size wise with this as a larva (assuming that I'm right that it's a staphylinid).
