Many specialists don't even look in ID Request, so images are moved to family level, where they are more likely to be seen and identified. The process can take a while, but it's one that we've found to be effective. The ID process doesn't stop until it's been taken as far as it can.

Guidelines for posting moths
I made these corrections to your image this time. In the future, when posting moths, you can really help editors and other contributors by:
Crop to just the moth
• Check either Adult or Immature at the bottom of Submit Image page
• Brighten photo, so distinguishing characteristics are visible
