Moved from Pyralid Moths. Why moved? Because as images get deep into ID Request, they become less likely to be seen by others and are moved into the guide. I've now moved you image to subfamily Epipaschiinae, as I'm pretty sure it's Pococera, a member of this group, but I'm not 100% sure it isn't something related. Someone else should eventually come along and move the image closer to an ID, though I think species hard would be difficult if not impossible. Pococera is probably a safe ID for this one.

This one is more difficult and quite worn. I think it might be , but there are Pococeras that look similar. It took me a long time to feel comfortable that I have this species at our ranch. Some that look like this have a light hindwing, and this one has a dark hindwing.
