Size: ~10 mm BL
This adult was collected by sweep net. It laid several eggs in a vial, including this one

This larva hatched from one of the eggs.

Update in early 2017: John Oswald comments, "This looks like one of the smaller green species that are difficult to ID with confidence from photos. I suspect that it is probably one of the Ceraeochrysa species."
