Plant Bug? - Liorhyssus hyalinus

Plant Bug? - Liorhyssus hyalinus
Auburn, Cayuga County, New York, USA
October 27, 2016
Size: 4-5 mm
I presume a plant bug (Miridae), but then my presuming is often thwarted. There are still a few plant bug species active here in upstate, New York, with temperatures maybe 50 degrees on the average. I'd appreciate some help with an ID on this one. It would make my civilized day.
