Is this Prionyx canadensis? Is it male or female? Thanks for any help you can give.

This wasp was feeding on common milkweed in early summer.

Female - Thread-waisted Wasp
6 abdominal segments, 10 flagellomeres and tarsal rake spines on the forelegs = ♀
She might be a female Prionyx canadensis, but I'm not sure. (widespread range) ...another view of the abdomen might help.
