Iridopsis defectaria - Iridopsis

Iridopsis defectaria - Iridopsis
K-bar campground, Big Bend Nat. Park, Brewster County, Texas, USA
October 24, 2016
Seems a bit to the west of its range but this is my best guess. At light.

Moved
Moved from Brown-shaded Gray Moth. This is out of range for defectaria. A more likely ID is the nominate subspecies of I. humaria which Rindge maps as occurring in the Trans-Pecos (1966, p. 217, Fig. 7).

Moved
Moved from Geometrid Moths.
