Where it was found
It was found in a pond on the campus of UNF in Jacksonville Florida. This is a freshwater eutrophic system.

Okay
It reminds me of crab megalops larva, but I'm not certain.

 
Fauna
I haven't observed any crabs near any of the UNF "lakes" (ponds)
