Tritoma sanguinipennis
from Downie and Arnett, this is Tritoma sanguinipennis (Say). It's the only one with all red/yellow elytra AND scutellum. Most others are all black or with only partial red.

Your previous Ertylidae from Harms Woods is also Tritoma but a different species.
