I'm moving very tentatively. If you see another, try to get a sharp photo of the antennae. That would clinch the ID.

From my experience with
Cosmopterix
, the antennae bands are very distinctive. While this image lacks some detail, I think your assessment is correct. After creating a
guide page
, it appears this is the only species that the orange area extends this far. Also, the spots match the written description.
