I tentatively had identified this as Habronattus clypeatus. We have since agreed that this seems to be H. dossenus.

Hey Jeff, it looks okay structurally to me. Not sure how much variation exists within this species. Evidently, the range within a single species can be substantial. I don't have a copy of Griswold (out of print again), so I'll take your word for it.
