this is not Limnephilus
I believe it is one of the Chilostigmini

I'll now renew my efforts to ID my caddis images to genus, but at least I can fall back to Chilostigmini as a last resort. I would also appreciate any additional future input from you.

That is a great part of the world to find odd caddis. The problem is you cannot make species determinations without the specimen in hand. If you are interested in collecting caddis I would be happy to help out.
