Dryinid wasp - female

Dryinid wasp - Female
Valemount, British Columbia, Canada
June 20, 2016
Size: ~2.5 mm
I was pretty happy to find this nice bicolored, wingless female in one of my pitfall traps. Thought I'd post since we don't have any up for BC yet and I wasn't sure beyond family. Many leafhoppers from this area were parasitized (large larval bulge on abdomen; photos uploaded here):

Thanks in advance for any help on the ID!

Subfamily looks right, but expert confirmation would be appreciated.

Thanks Ken!
Hoping someone can go a little further in time. I've donated the specimen to the Royal BC Museum collection and noticed they had many males but few females so I think it's a good addition!

Great pics!

Thanks!
Just an iphone-through-microscope-ocular shot, so nothing fancy but convenient.
