One of the spreadwings, a female.
I would guess the Northern - Lestes disjunctus or Sweetflag - Lestes forcipatus based on the shoulder strips. If you have a side shot it may give a better view of the ovipositor which is the distinctive bit on the Sweetflag, I can't see it extending past the tail in this photo so I am leaning towards Northern.
