This looks very similar to a wasp I saw last year which Ross Hill identified as Obeza floridana (thanks Ross!). The markings aren't as distinct, so I'm submitting it just in case it is a different species.

Right ID…
Appears to be another male. This is the only species that has been found in Florida. The primary host is Camponotus abdominalis (the Florida Carpenter Ant).
