Size: 1/4 inch?
Several of these were all on broad leaf arrowhead. I did a little searching but don't even know where to start.

It is not pensylvanica, because legs partly red, and also face.
Both procera and uniguttata may have red femora.
Main point: No elytral costae in females of D. uniguttata!
